Shipping Policy

Balancing Earth Slacklines LLC is an online retailer, we operate on shipping orders to our customers once the order has been placed in our online store. This makes shipping one of our top priorities (next to offering quality gear) due to this, we look for the best couriers to depend on.
We use both USPS and the UPS depending on the weight and where it is going. We chose these two companies because they both offer low cost with high speed delivery to our customers. For Domestic we offer both Standard Ground and Express Shipping, and the prices will vary depending on the weight and destination of the package.

Orders are subject to ship by a different method than selected. We have been known to upgrade and change shipping methods to get your order to you quicker. 

All orders are shipped within two business days but we'll always try to ship orders the next day
All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS.
Our web hosts automated shipping only handles orders up to 75 lbs please contact us on bigger orders
Domestic shipping can take up to 10 business days.
International shipping can take up to 30-45 business days.
Balancing Earth Slacklines LLC is not responsible for the shipment once it has left our warehouse. If there is ever an event of packages being lost or damaged in transit contact us immediately. We will contact the courier and and start the claim process to insure a resolution that makes the customer satisfied.

Our shipping rates are based on an automated system based on product weight and package size. We will always try our best to reduce the shipping charges with our preferred couriers.

Estimated delivery dates do not apply to the following
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • PO Boxes, rural areas
  • U.S. Territories
  • APO
  • FPO
  • International orders
  • High weight shipments that may require common carrier freight (i.e long length webbing and full rig orders)
  • Any items that are out of stock at time of order
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, weather delays and unforeseen circumstances reflect on delivery time.

Packages DO NOT ship from our warehouse on most holidays.

On international orders the purchaser is responsible for the any duties,taxes or any other fee that may apply. Some countries will assess the duty if the order is a gift. Please contact your Customs office for information on all related information. Express shipment is not available for international shipments.
